There's not a lot of police activity and it's a pretty quiet complex despite being right next to the freeway. The apartments are roomy with tons of closet space and the grounds are well maintained. I wish they had dual masters as the 2nd of a 2 bedroom is a little small but size wise, that's the only knock I have on them. The parking is a little bit of a nightmare if you have 2 cars but they're working on changing that and I have seen a lot worse parking in apartments. The people who run the place are very fair and easy to deal with. I've been here 2 years and plan on staying here a while.
I would also like to say that the maintenance team was also amazing, and they were quick to respond to needs/fixes that my family had. Noemy, JayDee, and the maintenance team, thank you for making my family's experience at Amberway such a pleasure.
